APPLICATION SEGMENTS

CONVEYOR BELTS

High-performance adhesion system to nylon and polyester canvas, layer by layer, for compounds of EPDM, NBR, SBR and other polymers, with a working temperature of 150°C using special peroxide curing systems;



Adhesion system for general use on compounds based on EPDM, NBR, CR, SBR, NR, CSM, with working temperature of 80°C, using special peroxide curing systems;



Special organic peroxide cure systems, with faster curing cycles, lower energy consumption, better use of man-hours, elimination of toxicity, excellent shelf life of the accelerated compound, among other advantages.

INDUSTRIAL AND AUTOMOTIVE HOSES

Hot and cold adhesion system to Nylon and Polyester with excellent results;



Complete curing system for sulfur and accelerators replacement in the manufacture of industrial hoses, with at least 30% of productivity increase , lower energy consumption, better use of man- hours, elimination of toxicity, excellent shelf life of the accelerated compound, total recycling of scraps and production burrs, resulting into an overall cost reduction;



Complete curing systems for productivity gain into automotive hoses curing;



Special solution for reusing pre-vulcanized, lumpy and vulcanizing burrs.

SHOES

EVA (plates, injection, poured): Curing and expansion system with productivity gain above 25%, more vivid colors with a reduction of titanium by more than 40% in white artifacts and color pigments by up to 15%; improvement of physical properties; better bonding and delamination; better resilience; better permanent deformation; less shrinkage.



Microporous rubber (100% rubber): Curing and expansion technology for the production of microporous slabs and sandals with fewer process steps, total mass stabilization in less than 18 hours and less than 7% in total shrinkage; Pigment savings (50% for whites and 15% for colors); easier recycling;



Organic Peroxide curing system for rubber soles with greater productivity and quality in sports , safety and casual artifacts.

SPECIAL COMPOUNDS AND POLYMERS

New special polymers for replacement with advantages of SBR, EPDM, CR, EVA, NBR/PVC, among others;



Modular and crosslinkable pre-compounds, in powder, with high productivity and 100% recyclable, for optimizing the production process of rubber artifacts in general with excellent properties.

RUBBER PROFILES

Exclusive curing technology based on special peroxides for hot air tunnels, with higher productivity and the possibility of producing colored, expanded, bi-elastomer profiles with quality and energy gain.

WIRES AND CABLES

Special organic peroxides in paste for silicone cable extrusion without blooming;



Reduction of curing time in catenary, using special organic peroxide based curing system;



Masterbachs and thermoplastic compounds for up to 90°C.

SILICONE CURING AND EXPANSION

Curing system based on peroxides in silicone paste, without odor, allowing very high productivity and excellent transparency in molded artifacts;

PLASTICS MODIFICATION

Melt flow Index rising additives for recycled or injected Polypropylene;



Melt Flow Index reducing additives of blown and extrusion polyethylene, with gains in physical properties (abrasion, deformation, cold welding);



Impact modifiers for plastics in general;



Resin compatibilizing additives;



Exclusive modifier additive for application in the recycling of Nylon with glass fiber, providing greater productivity and better surface appearance of the extruded grains, preventing fiber migration to the surface;



Masterbatch expansion agents for Rotomolding;
